SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You may terminate service for any reason within 30 days of activation. If you purchased a mobile phone from GoWireless at a promotional price at the time of activation, you must return the mobile phone to avoid being assessed a $100 early termination fee payable to GoWireless. You will be responsible for all applicable Verizon Wireless usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days to process the return of your security deposit. The charges for any service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against your security deposit.
RETURN AND SERVICE TERMINATION
You may return any or all of your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase*. The original customer receipt must accompany all returns. If you cancel your service after the 30 day period, but prior to the expiration of your minimum term, you will be responsible for all applicable Verizon Wireless usage fees, access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date, including an early termination fee payable to Verizon Wireless. If you return your merchandise more than 30 days after your purchase, you will not receive a refund.
Returning your merchandise does not automatically terminate your service with Verizon Wireless. In order to cancel your service, you MUST contact Verizon Wireless customer service at the phone number on your contract. For information regarding your commitment with Verizon Wireless, please refer to your Verizon Wireless Customer Agreement Form.
MOBILE PHONE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
*GoWireless will only accept mobile phones in like new condition. Mobile phones must be deactivated with Verizon Wireless prior to being returned and must be in the original, unaltered packaging, with all accessories, manuals, etc. The serial number of the phone sold must match the box or it will not be accepted. If your phone purchase included a mail in rebate, you must wait the full 30 day period before cutting off the UPC label and submitting the rebate. Mobile phones with the UPC label removed will not be eligible for return. At our sole discretion, we may decline your return or charge a fee for items that we determine are damaged or require service. You may exchange your mobile phone one time within the 30 day period. Mobile phones that are outside of the 30 day return period may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
If you return and we accept your merchandise within the 30 day return period, we will refund the purchase price back to the original payment method. No cash refunds will be processed at the store. All cash refunds will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 12 business days of the return transaction. All refunds for credit card payments will be processed at the store.
If you received your merchandise through a "Buy One, Get One Free" or similar offer, both items must be returned in order to receive a refund. For exchanges involving the same merchandise, only the item to be exchanged needs to be included. Opened software purchases may only be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be refunded. Before returning any product that has data stored in memory, please transfer all files you wish to retain to another file source. Once the product is returned, your files cannot be recovered.
ACCESSORY RETURNS
GoWireless will exchange or refund most accessories within 30 days of purchase. All earpiece, headset, and battery purchases are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund. No cash refunds will be processed at the store. All cash refunds will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 12 business days of the return transaction. All refunds for credit card payments will be processed at the store.
PREPAID RETURNS
If you do not agree to the terms of the prepaid wireless service agreement, do not use the pin to initialize service or scratch the coating off the back of the card. If you activated service without a card, do not initialize service by making a call. Return the card and/or any wireless phone you received with this agreement to the place of purchase within 30 days with the original sales receipt. No refunds will be granted after 30 days or if the card has been used, if the coating has been scratched off, or the account has been initialized. No cash refunds will be processed at the store. All cash refunds will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 12 business days of the return transaction. All refunds for credit card payments will be processed at the store.
RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price may be charged on all accessory returns. A restocking fee ($25.00 for voice-centric devices and $50.00 for data-centric devices) may be charged on all mobile phone returns.
STORE CREDITS
A store credit may only be used for making purchases at Go Wireless stores and cannot be redeemed for cash. A store credit will expire 12 months after the issue date.
GOWIRELESS PRICING POLICY
All phone prices displayed are based on a 2-year service agreement with the rate plans specified.
All phones are available on a 1-year service agreement for an additional $50.00.
All phones are available on a lower rate plan other than those specified for an additional $50.00.
All phones may be purchased un-activated for MSRP.
GoWireless will match any local, non-internet price within 7 days of purchase with proof of lower price.
